Feel lik wearing a mask to college..But people will thought that i got any disease lik H1N1 and dun dare to sit beside me
Gonna stick this into my mind
1. Make sure you don't squeeze or pop your pimples. If you do, you will irritate them and cause them to spread.
I just can't bear it..I wanna squeeze them out!! AWAY from my face
2. Don't touch your skin with oily or dirty hands. This will irritate your skin with pimples and cause severe breakout.
Already trying my best not to touch but i just can't control. I shall tie up my hands
3. Drink water. There are a lot of toxins that are in your bloodstream, which will cause you to breakout. So, when you drink plenty of water, you are able to flush out the toxins from your body. You should drink at least 8 cups of water.
I refill my 800ml bottle at least twice. More than enough. But still so many pimples
4. Watch what you eat. Although foods high in sugar and saturated fats do not necessarily cause acne, they can make it worse. The foods you should eat are fruits, veggies, whole wheat foods, nuts, lean meats ( turkey, tuna, chicken breast) and other healthy food.
I think i ate well. I'm not consuming junk food, chocolate and i'm eating alot of fruits this few days. Banana , honeydew and plum for today..
5. Keep your hair off your face.If you have long hair or bangs, pull your hair off your face. Your hair contains oils as well, and will contribute to your breakouts.
But I just want to show my big fat face to people..LOL

I didn't know deficiency in vitamin A can cause acne..Gonna make carrot juice everyday!! I must be lacking of Vitamin A
7. Have a regular habit of washing your face twice.
I wash my face twice..Don't think this is the problem. Or maybe my cleanser don't suit me??
Hmm..Jia Qi said sleeping late can cause pimples..But i searched..Some say is true..some say don't think so..Demi my face..I gonna sleep early tonight..12 enough early??
